Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

By using InvisiPrompt you agree to these terms. InvisiPrompt is a productivity and study tool that reads content you choose to capture and returns AI-generated answers.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use InvisiPrompt. You must not use it to:

• Cheat in exams, certifications, interviews, or any assessment where outside assistance is prohibited by the administering party.
• Capture other people’s screens, messages, or private information without consent.
• Violate the terms of any website, application, or service you are viewing.
• Break any applicable law or infringe intellectual-property rights.

InvisiPrompt only captures what is on the display or audio input you point it at, and only while you have it running. You control when it is active.

Credits & billing

Credits are consumed per request and are non-refundable once spent. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Yearly plans grant a fixed number of credits each month for the plan term. Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or our crypto payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

AI output

Answers are generated by third-party AI models and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences. You are responsible for verifying any output.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate this policy. Contact support for any billing or account questions.
